Questions and policies

Renting a car

What do I need to rent the Corvette or the S580?

A valid driver's license, a major credit card in your name and proof of full-coverage auto insurance that transfers to a rental vehicle. Drivers must be 25 or older. We verify everything before your reservation is confirmed, so pickup takes minutes.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is authorized on your card at pickup and released once the vehicle is returned in the same condition: $1,500 for the Corvette and $2,500 for the S580.

How many miles are included?

Each rental day includes 100 miles. Additional miles are $2.00 per mile. Planning a longer drive? Tell us when you reserve and we will build it into your quote.

Can you deliver the car to me?

Yes. We deliver to homes, hotels and San Diego International Airport throughout San Diego County. Delivery is quoted by distance when you reserve.

Can I drive to Mexico or out of state?

Our vehicles may not cross into Mexico. Drives to Los Angeles, Orange County or Palm Springs are welcome. Let us know your plans when you book.

Private chauffeur

How does hourly chauffeur service work?

Hourly service has a 3-hour minimum: $150 an hour in the Mercedes-Benz S580 or $160 an hour in the Cadillac Escalade, plus a 20% chauffeur gratuity. That makes the 3-hour minimum $540 in the S580 and $576 in the Escalade, including gratuity. Your chauffeur stays with you for the full reservation, so stops, waiting time and changes of plan are included.

How many guests can ride?

The S580 carries up to three guests. The Escalade carries up to six, with second-row captain's chairs and room for luggage.

Send a request through this site, or call or text (619) 754-3645. Your concierge confirms availability and your final quote, then sends a secure payment link to hold the reservation.

Policies

Chauffeur cancellation policy

For airport transfers, point-to-point rides and standard hourly reservations:

  • 72 hours or more before pickup: full refund.
  • 24 to 72 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 24 hours before pickup, or a no-show: 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees are calculated on the base service fare, excluding the 20% chauffeur gratuity. Gratuity will be refunded when service is not provided.

For airport pickups, flight delays do not count as guest cancellations. Please notify us promptly of canceled flights or itinerary changes so we can coordinate the reservation.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by text or email. Notice is measured from the time we receive the request to the scheduled pickup time.

Airport pickups and waiting time

We monitor your flight and coordinate pickup based on your actual arrival. Airport transfers include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time beginning at the flight’s actual gate arrival, allowing time for baggage collection.

After the complimentary 60-minute period, additional waiting time is billed at $43.75 per 15-minute increment, plus 20% chauffeur gratuity.

Flight delays prior to arrival do not count toward the complimentary waiting period.

Chauffeur gratuity

A 20% chauffeur gratuity is added to chauffeur service fares and additional waiting-time charges. The total, including gratuity and any applicable fees, will be shown before payment.

Rental late returns

Rentals include a one-hour grace period after the scheduled return time. After the grace period, additional time will be charged at the disclosed hourly rate, with additional charges capped at one full daily rental rate.

Rental cancellation policy

Cancel 72 hours or more before your pickup time for a full refund. Inside 72 hours the rental is non-refundable, and we will gladly move it to another date when the calendar allows.
